The system sends announcements and messages by traditional email, replacing your current email list, with one significant improvement - ActivityAlert tracks and reports which users have accessed the email. No more emails with "please respond if you get this" and no paper list to keep track of. Because of the unique tracking capability you may also ask yes/no questions and ActivityAlert will collect and report the answers.
Finally, if you have a last minute message or schedule change you can call ActivityAlert's toll free number, record a message and the system will
call all of your registered (see below) activity members, play the message and report who has received it. You can even use the calling capability to
ask yes/no questions and automatically collect the responses!
Activity managers can enter their users email address and immediately begin to use ActivityAlert to send notifications. Users that register their contact information with ActivityAlert are the only activity members that will receive automatic calls. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. ActivityAlert needs the members phone numbers and contact preferences before calls can be placed. Once a registered user of ActivityAlert members can join new activities with the click of a button. |
